Payment & Insurance

We are a fee-at-time-of-service clinic, and insurance companies classify our therapists as out-of-network providers. This means that your reimbursement for our services is dependent upon your insurance policies’ out-of-network coverage for outpatient physical therapy.

For example, if your out-of-network coverage is 80:20, after meeting your out-of-network deductible, you may be reimbursed 80% of our fees that your insurance carrier deems reasonable and customary.

As a courtesy and commitment to customer service, our therapists electronically submit your insurance claims for you! Please be sure to bring your insurance card to your first visit if you would like for us to submit your claims.

Untapped Potential PT is not a Medicare Provider, so current legislation prevents us from providing Medicare Beneficiaries with what would be considered "normally covered services."  If you are a Medicare Beneficiary and would still like to request treatment at our clinic or have further questions, please call us at (919) 659-854
